Geometri provides Drone Services to aid in defect identification, cyclical works specification, and meeting insurance requirements. It is becoming a common requirement from insurers that flat roofs and other roof elements are inspected on a cyclical basis to ensure these are being maintained and are not failing due to wear and tear or age. Geometri’s Building Surveying Team can therefore arrange Drone Inspections of usually inaccessible roofs to provide comments on the existing condition and recommendations on necessary works of which clients may have been unaware. This fulfils the insurance requirements of the building whilst also aiding in general. management and upkeep of these buildings.
