1, How to Make a Booking?
Begin by contacting us to check our availability for your wedding date. If we're available, we'll require a 10% non-refundable retainer from the package you've chosen and an online contract signed to secure our services. The remaining balance can be paid anytime before one month until the wedding day.
2, How Many Images Can We Expect to Receive?
The number of images you receive depends on the package you choose and the number of hours covered on the wedding day. Our premium package typically includes around 450 images, while the standard package has approximately 250 photos. The smallest package provides around 200 images.
3, How Long Before We Receive Our Photos and Video?
The average editing time for a full set of photos and video is approximately six weeks, taking into account peak wedding seasons from April to September. However, we offer a fast delivery service that can be completed within 2-3 weeks if you require your photos sooner.
4, Can We Meet You Before the Wedding?
Yes, we would love to meet you before the wedding day to discuss all the details of your special day. If an in-person meeting isn't possible due to distance, we're happy to connect via phone, email, or Zoom at any time.
5, Do You Require Food on the Wedding Day?
It would be great to eat at the same point as the rest of the wedding guests, but we understand that photographs of people eating aren't always the most flattering. If you've booked us for the smallest package, no food is required.
